Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for Ridhira Living’s projects across the hospitality and real estate verticals. This role demands a dynamic, innovative thinker with proven expertise in both traditional and digital marketing within the hotel and real estate industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Branding

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential projects and wellness resorts.
• Position and promote Ridhira Living as a premium lifestyle brand combining hospitality and real estate.
• Oversee brand management, visual identity, and communication standards.

2. Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
• Create integrated campaigns for project launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Drive cross-channel promotional efforts including print, outdoor, events, and experiential marketing.

3. Digital Marketing

• Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• Collaborate with performance marketing agencies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Leverage analytics tools to measure and improve campaign ROI.

4. Content & Communication

• Work with internal and external teams to develop engaging content tailored to the hospitality and real estate customer segments.
• Oversee marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, video content, newsletters, etc.
• Ensure brand storytelling aligns with the company’s vision and project ethos.

5. Market Research & Intelligence

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on hospitality, wellness, and real estate trends to innovate outreach and positioning.

6. Events & PR

• Plan and manage brand events, launches, and collaborations.
• Manage media relations, PR campaigns, and influencer marketing to enhance brand credibility.

7. Budgeting & Vendor Management

• Develop annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Manage vendor relationships including creative agencies, media partners, and digital vendors.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 3–4 years in the Hotels/hospitality /Retail and/or real estate sector.
• Demonstrated success in brand building and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of real estate buyer behavior and hotel/resort customer personas.
• Strong grasp of digital tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
