Summary

The Marketing Manager leads and directs all marketing efforts for Daniel, including product strategy and business model, digital marketing, advertising, communications, and industry event planning and support. They develop marketing plans, allocate resources, analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, and design branding strategies to drive brand awareness. This person must be able to lead a team and interact with clients on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services
  • Conduct and lead market intelligence efforts gaining insight on market trends globally, customer analysis and competitor movements
  • Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
  • Conduct meetings regularly with sales managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard
  • Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the business
This critical role requires:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis experience
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, SEO, web analytics, and design software
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience working with AI marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience creating and applying GPT agents for marketing automation
  • Experience with E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify) to support digital growth
  • Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation, audience engagement, and marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with automation tools like n8n to streamline marketing workflows and system integrations
