 Marketing Manager – Webinars & Performance Marketing


Location: Remote / Delhi NCR

Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years (Internship experience can be considered if highly relevant)

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (Based on experience & performance)

About the Role:


We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing our weekly webinar funnel, automating lead journeys, and running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to generate high-quality leads consistently.


This role blends performance marketing, automation, CRM, and funnel operations to deliver measurable results and optimize each stage of the customer journey.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Weekly Webinar Funnel Management


  • Plan and host weekly educational webinars via Zoom
  • Set up Zoom registration, reminders, and attendee management
  • Coordinate with speakers/team for seamless execution



2. Marketing Automation & CRM


  • Set up automated email sequences via MailerLite
  • Create WhatsApp reminder and follow-up flows via Interakt
  • Use Pabbly Connect to automate form submissions → MailerLite & Interakt
  • Ensure proper data sync, segmentation, and error handling



3. Lead Generation via Paid Ads


  • Run Meta Ads to promote weekly webinars and collect registrations
  • Setup lead forms and traffic ads based on campaign objective
  • Monitor CPL, CTR, and ROAS – Optimize weekly based on performance
  • Maintain performance dashboards in Google Sheets



4. Tracking, Reporting & Optimization


  • Maintain master tracking in Google Sheets
  • Track webinar performance: signups, attendees, source attribution
  • Share weekly report with actionable insights

Ideal Candidate:


  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or funnel management
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads, Zoom, and basic automation tools
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy & fast learner – able to figure out tools independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
  • Bonus: Experience with D2C, coaching, SaaS, or service-based funnels
