About The Role

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, ideas-driven Marketing Manager to take charge of the full marketing function across Essendon CARCO, Isuzu UTE, MG, Triumph, and JAC.

Working across two sites in Essendon Fields and reporting to the Executive GM, you’ll lead everything from digital strategy and branding to sponsorships, events, customer engagement, and manufacturer marketing compliance. You’ll have full creative ownership, visibility across the business, and the chance to make a genuine impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention through smart, well-executed campaigns. That includes:

  • Leading digital and local area marketing
  • Planning and executing events and sponsorships
  • Managing online presence, Google accounts, and social media
  • Meeting manufacturer requirements and fulfilling rebate opportunities
  • Tracking ROI, reporting performance, and managing budget

You’ll work closely with dealership managers and senior leadership to bring your creative vision to life - while delivering tangible business outcomes.

A Day in the Life

Start your morning reviewing campaign results and preparing insights for leadership. Next, you might brainstorm new content ideas, update manufacturer sites, or coordinate an EDM campaign.

After lunch, you’ll check in with a sponsor, post across social channels, and finalise plans for next month’s promotion. Fast-paced, creative, and full of variety — just the way you like it.

Could This Be You?

You’re a creative thinker, confident communicator, and organised multitasker who knows how to bring marketing campaigns to life and measure what matters. You’re hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta, CRMs, and EDM platforms, and you enjoy working across multiple brands with variety in your day.

This role suits someone who’s proactive, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you prefer a narrowly defined role or need close direction, this might not be the right fit - but if you love autonomy and making things happen, you’ll feel right at home.

Experience in automotive or retail marketing is a bonus, but not essential. What matters is your ability to own the space, work independently, and turn ideas into results.
