Work cross-functionally with other teams in the company, understand brand priorities, and drive the highest return on marketing initiatives.
Create and maintain marketing summary and analytics reporting
Analyze data, insights, and trends to pinpoint key issues
Develop relationships and support the wider marketing team by identifying and optimizing new strategic opportunities
Working in partnership with the design team, we develop creative briefs guides, and banners
Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in English (Excellent written and verbal communication skills) Native English is a big advantage
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Crypto marketing
Attention to details
Passionate and driven personality, result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Experience in developing & executing marketing campaigns on social platforms or PPC or media buying, with data and analysis abilities
Managing & inspiring the team while working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment
