As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the hotel's revenues. You will accomplish this by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities.

What you’ll do
- Successfully promote and manage the brand
- Manage relationships with partners
- Oversee budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions
- Carry out comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors' marketing strategies.
- Actively design and execute marketing strategies that are in line with the company's objectives.
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring strategic and efficient allocation of funds.
- Oversee the marketing department, offering direction, constructive feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Track and evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Execute daily performance marketing activities to optimize ROI.
- Creation of weekly/monthly reports.
- Work in close partnership with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Oversee and manage content across the entire online presence.
- Oversee and provide on-site support for photography and videography events, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee content creation for social media and blog writing, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Apply SEO strategies to improve online visibility and increase organic traffic to company platforms.
What we are looking for
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally in a 5* hotel environment.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word etc).
- Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Teamwork spirit and customer service attitude.
