To support our aggressive growth goals, we are expanding our marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take the lead, build marketing strategies that include digital campaigns, branding, content creation, and marketing material production, as well as analyze performance and optimize processes. This is a significant, dynamic role with a direct impact on the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans.
  • Analyze and optimize digital campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, business development teams, and management.
  • Work with a Marketing Automation system.
  • Produce marketing materials, newsletters, presentations, videos, landing pages, and more.
  • Manage the company website on WordPress, including writing and uploading content, enhancing user experience, measuring website performance, and creating landing pages.
  • Work with external vendors for SEO, PPC, social media, design, and content.
  • Continuously track digital trends, changes in advertising interfaces and search engines, and identify opportunities for performance improvement and marketing innovation.

Required Experience:

  • Proven and successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, including planning and leading B2B marketing activities, implementation, and measurement – a must.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a relevant field – a must.
  • High proficiency in both Hebrew and English – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising: content, campaigns, managing digital assets (Email Marketing, Google/Facebook/LinkedIn), Social Media Marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.
  • Strong copywriting experience – a must.
  • Familiarity with the latest digital trends, advertising platform changes, and search engine optimization practices.
  • Analytical skills, including data analysis and insight presentation.
