Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an Intern for a One Year, 2 weeks Marketing Internship – Full Time, Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

We are looking for students with marketing ambition and ready to take their first steps in their career.

As the EMIA Marketing Team, we are responsible for all Marketing activities in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa (EMIA) for the Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division. The Hexagon Marketing team has a long-standing Marketing Internship program where we offer practical and valuable skills to students taking their first steps in their career. During the internship, our objective is to make sure you, as a student, gain all-around marketing skills and at the end of your internship feel confident and ready for the start of your career.

During your internship, you will cover a variety of projects, systems and focus areas to develop. You will also work with your manager on developing soft skills that will be your foundation for your future career.

Major Tasks

• Assisting in organizing campaigns, webinars, events, tradeshows and internal meetings.
• Assist and create visual communication using design tools (photoshop, illustrator, InDesign) in liaison with our graphic designer.
• Creating supportive materials in different digital tools, and create deliverables in systems such as Pardot (Marketing Automation), Ceros (interactive design).
• Undertake internal and external market research projects
• Miscellaneous: such as shipping, packaging, web Or general support to the EMIA Marketing Team where needed.
• Work closely with team members from various team members to ensure consistent and effective marketing projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  
  

Education / Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in digital media, PR/Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of the English language, oral and written, is a must; other languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and being a team player are a must.
• Ability to work under pressure in a flexible multi-discipline and international environment.
• Prior working experience is preferred (if abroad that is an advantage).
• The ability to work with design tools and internet/email marketing tools is a plus.
  
  

Internship Period

The start date will commence 18 August 2025 until 1st of September 2026. Unfortunately, we cannot accept candidates for a shorter period than this. Please do not apply for this internship if you are not available for the full time period.

Additional Requirements

• This internship is only available for those who are currently students and where an internship is part of the educational program. We can only accept candidates for this internship from the European Union or candidates outside of the European Union in possession of a Dutch work and residence permit.
• Please note that the internship will require working from the office a minimum of four days per week.
• Once shortlisted, it is important that you have housing and a Dutch social security arranged by 18 August 2025. Delays may result in a higher tax rate on the income.
