Role Description
As a Marketing Intern at Nature-Based Living, you will be part of an innovative team working at the intersection of real estate, sustainability, and AI-driven marketing. You will:
- Experiential & Event Marketing: Ideate, plan, and execute immersive onsite events and community engagement activities that bring the NBL vision to life. Work closely with the architecture and branding teams to ensure every event is aligned with our space design and core philosophy.
- Creative Marketing Strategies: Design and implement experiential marketing campaigns tailored for real estate and conscious living audiences.
- AI & Digital Marketing: Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize campaigns, track performance, and drive engagement across platforms.
- Content & Social Media: Contribute to content strategy, create SEO-driven blogs, enhance social media branding, and craft authentic community stories.
- Market Research & Data Analytics: Analyze sustainability trends, track consumer behavior, and support innovation in real estate marketing.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with design, tech, sales, and architectural teams to deliver cohesive marketing outcomes.
- Live Project Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies for a real-world, future-forward eco-village.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM (1st or 2nd year) or BBA students with a specialization in Marketing, Marketing with Data Analytics, or those who have pursued education in marketing.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Currently residing in Bengaluru.
- Passionate about sustainability, AI, and with a fair knowledge of real estate.
