Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to boost brand awareness and drive strategic marketing initiatives. Your role involves managing social media platforms, crafting impactful content, and coordinating online and offline events. Ideal candidates are innovative, proactive, and passionate about making meaningful connections in the fast-paced, technology-driven electronics sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content and interact proactively with followers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics related to social media engagement, event participation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for events, product showcases, marketing proposals, and sales support.
  • Assist in broader marketing efforts, including partnerships, email marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and industry networking.
  • Identify and develop co-branding and sponsorship opportunities with universities, technology communities, and industry organizations.
  • Work autonomously while closely collaborating with sales and product teams to achieve regional growth goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media contacts, and strategic partners.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Create engaging content and marketing assets, including flyers, banners, digital content, event teasers, short videos, recap posts, promotional visuals, and product highlights, all aligned with LCSC's brand and voice.


Note: These promotional materials can be assigned to professional designers for execution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of marketing or social media experience (fresh graduates with strong passion and portfolio encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent written and visual communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Creative, meticulous, and capable of independent initiative.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Interest or experience in electronics, e-commerce, or B2B technology marketing preferred.
  • Event planning experience (small-to-medium events) is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in content creation (copywriting, video editing, graphic design) will be advantageous.
