On a given day, you will:

  • Transform partner data into actionable insights by generating detailed reports, visual charts, and graphical aids that inform strategic decision-making for clients, partners, and management
  • Ensure the integrity of our partner ecosystem by meticulously maintaining the partner database, processing applications, managing tracking links, and responding promptly to partner enquiries
  • Drive financial accuracy through precise reconciliation of commission payments and reported transactions, maintaining compliance with company standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction across our Partnership programme
  • Utilise AI-powered tools to optimise partner targeting, streamline data analysis, and uncover new growth opportunities within the partnership ecosystem
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns that attract and retain high-quality partners
  • Work across departments including Trading & Partner Fraud, Compliance B2B, Content, and Analytics to deliver integrated solutions that align with company objectives and partner needs
  • Contribute creative ideas that make our Partnership programme more attractive and competitive in the marketplace

We would love to work with you if you:

  • Have 2-6 years of experience in partnership marketing or a similar role
  • Excel at data analysis and can create compelling visual presentations
  • Bring experience with databases, reporting tools, and CRM systems
  • Have familiarity with affiliate marketing, partnership programmes, and commission structures
  • Are proficient with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Are a team player with a positive attitude who contributes to and creates a cooperative and supportive team culture
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven approach, with a passion for marketing operations and partnership success
  • Possess excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights through visual reports and presentations
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Can effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and improving operational efficiency
