Engineering is a melting pot of various domains- understand key offerings and help articulate value prop, differentiators and success stories though effective content and communication strategies across channels (social media, website, capability decks, thought leadership, coffee table books, media releases, etc). Own and run the content charter for engineering portfolio working with SMEs and third party agencies as required.
Lead the presence in key industry forums and consortiums, and enhance the thought leadership position through proactive engagements (publications, events, consortium projects, joint collaterals etc)
Plan and execute company’s presence (messaging, high impact promotion for the sponsorship package, online and offline) at sponsored and hosted events, conferences, and trade shows.
Liaise with analyst relations team to define influencer relations strategy for the unit.
Planning and execution of account-based marketing programs for top customers in ER&D
Collaborate with corporate marketing (AR, design, social media, ABM, field marketing etc) functions to own, build and drive integrated marketing for engineering services business.
Manage relationships with vendors and partners working with the unit.
Requirements
6+ years of marketing and communications experience
Deep understanding of Engineering and R&D services and prior experience in marketing for engineering services business is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field is required, and advanced degree is preferred
Extensive content creation experience (brochures, PoV, blogs, whitepapers, social media posts etc
Ability to flexibility working with globally dispersed teams
Balance innovative thinking with bias for action, and result orientation
Ability and comfort of dealing with the ambiguity
