Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive marketing strategies and decisions by analyzing marketing performance metrics and providing actionable insights utilizing SQL and PowerBI.

This is a hybrid role, requiring to go onsite in Irvine twice a week. (Tuesday/Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics.
• Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases for analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify key performance indicators and implement marketing analytics processes.
• Conduct A/B testing and market research to inform strategic marketing decisions.
• Generate reports and provide insights on customer behavior and market trends.
• Assist in developing data-driven marketing strategies and recommendations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analytics and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying is a must.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and its application in marketing performance analysis is a plus.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation principles.
• Proficiency in Python, Salesforce or R for data analysis is a plus.
