We are a family-owned business operating four Huntington tutoring centers, and seeking an energetic Marketing Coordinator to support our growth!

Hours

• Up to 35 hours per week.
• Must be available to work between the following hours:
• Summer: 9am-7pm Monday – Friday; 9-3pm Saturdays
• School Year: 10am-8:30pm Monday – Thursday; 9-3pm Saturdays

The Marketing Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:

• Own inbound/outbound calls for new business inquiries to increase revenue.
• Drive CRM pipelines via regular communication (email/text/phone).
• Perform data entry, data management, and other administrative duties as specified by Owner.
• Lead social media presence and support local marketing efforts.
• Support front office management and customer service in the center.
  
  

For Success, The Marketing Coordinator Must Have

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• 1+ years of administrative, customer service, and/or marketing experience.
• Outgoing personality that enjoys connecting with families, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Confident in cold calling and converting parent interest into a registered student.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and social media advertising a plus, but not required.
