The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the North America Content and Services Team by managing key operational processes and reporting. Responsibilities include overseeing the monthly finance wrap-up, EP variance submissions, and ensuring accurate and timely payments for revenue sharing partnerships and studio licensing. You will manage product sample, track key activities and events, and assist in the development of schedules and objectives to optimize outcomes.
This role requires collaboration with internal LG departments and external third-party partners, facilitating effective communication. A strong understanding of the streaming ecosystem, LG's internal systems and processes in office software and management tools are essential.
As a key support function to team leaders, you will aim to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency within the Content and Services team.
* Utilize LG systems to support the North America Content & Services (NAC&S) team in managing budgets, expenses, product samples, and studio payments.
* Handle payment authorizations and conduct monthly budget reconciliations.
* Develop a deep understanding of LG's expense processes and systems.
* Identify and propose process improvements for team leaders' approval.
* Support function for the entire NAC&S team, ensuring efficient operations within LG's corporate systems.
* Assist in setting monthly targets and forecasts by consolidating input from NAC&S leaders.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
* Strong budget management skills, including monthly EP reconciliation of forecasts to actual expenditures.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within the team and across related departments.
* Proficiency in Korean is preferred.
Recruiting Range
$50,000-$65,000 USD
