As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to help bring our story to life—starting with video and creative content, and expanding into full-scale marketing strategy.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in video editing and graphic design, particularly for brand building, advertising and social media. This is a creative-first role that will expand into social media management, influencer & ambassador strategies, SEO, email, and broader marketing support as the brand and position grows.

Key Responsibilities:Creative Production – Priority Focus

• Edit and repurpose a large library of raw content into short-form ads, social clips, and lifestyle-driven creative that inspires the audience and drives results.
• Support video-first campaigns across paid and organic channels (Meta, TikTok, Youtube Etc)

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan and schedule content calendars in advance, working closely with the team.
• Track and report performance analytics; adapt strategies to maximize impact.
• Engage and collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and creatives.

Marketing Execution & Strategy Support

• Contribute to marketing campaigns across email, web, and paid ads, content planning, and brand reputation.
• Help execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and influencer initiatives.
• Monitor trends and competitors to keep PARKIT’s content fresh and relevant.

SEO

• Support the content team in writing or formatting newsletters and email flows.

Project Coordination & Admin

• Keep the content and marketing calendar on track.
• Assist with reporting and campaign performance recaps.
• Help with planning and logistics for content shoots, partnerships, and launches.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a content-first or DTC brand environment.
• Strong content creation skills (Video & Photo).
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Graphic design experience using Adobe Suite, Figma, Other.
• Working knowledge of social platforms, influencer culture, and short-form content trends and ability to create and capitalize on trends on the fly.
• A passion for storytelling, visual creativity & brand building.
• Bonus: Interest in expanding into influencer management, SEO, and broader marketing strategy.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving & everchanging environment.
• Love for the outdoors is a big plus!
