Summary

Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Social media management and visual content production
  2. Edit and create print materials (ie: business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.)
  3. Contribute to pre-production through creative concepting and storyboarding
  4. Proofread documents for grammar, data accuracy, and brand standard adherence and coordinate production and delivery
  5. Edit existing websites using WordPress content management system
  6. Help produce engaging PowerPoint presentations
  7. Create content for email campaigns
  8. Assist in planning internal and external events as needed
  9. Strategize and implement email, social, internal intranet content calendars

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. 2+ years of relevant work experience
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote colleagues
  4. Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  5. Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
  6. Minimum of intermediate-level experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
  7. Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
  8. Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
  9. Outgoing personality with an ability to learn new things quickly is a must.
