About the Opportunity

Our TBH team is looking to welcome a highly experienced Marketing & Communications Manager. Whilst this opportunity will be located in Melbourne, you'll reporting into our Head of Marketing & Communications who is located in Sydney.


As our Marketing & Communications Manager you will be responsible for managing and executing TBH’s marketing plans. You will oversee content creation, media partnerships, PR, and marketing campaigns, while managing events, awards submissions, and client communications. This opportunity involves collaborating with agencies, drafting marketing materials, and ensuring the smooth delivery of regional marketing strategies.


In this opportunity you will also;

  • Manage regional marketing assets, media partnerships, and PR agencies
  • Coordinate content creation (written, video, and podcasts) and campaigns
  • Oversee events, conferences, and awards submissions
  • Draft marketing copy (LinkedIn/website) and brief agencies for collateral development


What You'll Bring

As our successful candidate you'll bring:

  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications
  • Proven leadership skills with previous management experience
  • Strong exposure to executive-level stakeholders and high-level decision-makers
  • Excellent corporate communication writing and editing ability
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and Marketing Automation Software (Marketo preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience updating and creating collateral in Adobe Creative Suite
  • High proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (Word & PowerPoint)
  • High proficiency managing events
  • Highly autonomous with a proactive, self-driven approach
  • Assertive communicator, able to influence and engage with clarity and confidence
