About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing & Communications Intern to support our outreach efforts. You'll play a key role in building Lumina’s brand voice, engaging our partners, and communicating the impact of our work through clear, thoughtful content.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies across platforms e.g. website, social media, emails and newsletters
  • Develop and edit marketing content for use across platforms
  • Design visual content and coordinate basic graphic design needs e.g. Canva, Figma
  • Support brand and messaging consistency across all external-facing content
  • Track engagement metrics and support basic reporting on marketing performance
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns and content that resonate with our audiences

  • Who You Are

    • A strong writer with a good grasp of grammar and storytelling
    • Comfortable using or learning Canva, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
    • Curious, proactive and organised, with great attention to detail
    • Passionate about building trust and vibrancy in the philanthropic space
    • Able to work independently while collaborating well with other team members
    • Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus, but not required
