Marketing and Communications Coordinator
(Compensation Range: $50k - $65k/year)
Chautauqua Patrons Insurance Company of Jamestown, NY seeks a Marketing and
Communications Coordinator for this mutually-based property & casualty insurance
company. Reporting to the EVP/Vice President Marketing, this newly-created position
oversees all branding, design and marketing initiatives.
Using a consultative approach, the successful candidate will also:
Schedule agent visits across upstate NY
Conduct analysis of agent force and report on productivity metrics
Coordinate, train and mentor newly-appointed agents
Prepare management and regulatory reports
Assist with other administrative support
At least a Bachelor’s Degree, plus 3-5 years’ experience in communications/marketing is
required. Additional experience working in the insurance industry alongside independent
agents is preferred.
Additional competencies include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Uncanny combination of creative skills and consultative coaching approach
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products
Experience with visual design and branding
Ability to prioritize time and projects
Willingness to travel to appointments
