Inquisitive is seeking a Marketing Cloud specialist with a background as a Salesforce Developer
for a 1 year parental cover contract. In this role you will partner with marketing and operations in AU and US to improve the effectiveness of our global customer acquisition, marketing, and support functions, work closely with the engineering team to develop technical solutions and maintain integration points and collaborate with the data team to report on key business metrics. You will be required to come into our Mosman office twice a week.

What will you be doing?
- Campaign Orchestration and Execution: Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to manage campaigns via Marketing Cloud, including customer journey using Journey Builder
- Performance monitoring: Track performance metrics and deliver insights to drive data-informed decisions
- Email Performance: Maintaining email performance including managing IP reputation
- Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI
- CRM integration management: Collaborate with an agile engineering team to establish technical solutions and maintain integration points with product Node application
- Data pipeline management: Work with the Data Science team for data understanding, source data migrations and data ingress/egress between Salesforce and our S3 data lake + Snowflake
- Configuration Management: Oversee Salesforce configurations, including managing process flows, assignment rules, approval processes, custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, settings, dashboards, and reports
Requirements
- At Least 2+ years Marketing Cloud experience including Email Studio and Journey Builder
- At least 4 + years Salesforce Development experience, including integrations including xxperience with SF Service Cloud, Salesforce Certifications - Admin - PD1
- Ideally you have a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering
- Experience with email performance including IP reputation
- Hands on experience with - Lightning frameworks and LWC, Triggers, Batch, Integration, APIs, SQL
- Comfortable using SQL to manipulate data
- Proficiency with Salesforce application development tools (Process Builder, Visual flow, workflows, IDE, etc)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce lifecycle management, deployment etc
- Bonus: Experience with AWS (AppFlow, Lambda functions, Cloudwatch)
- Bonus: Experience using Javascript or Node.js
