Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing automation strategies
- Analyze performance data to refine content creation and marketing automation
- Ensure seamless integration between various marketing technologies, CRM systems, and other business tools
- Create data-driven segmentation strategies to personalize marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize databases for marketing automation. Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with privacy regulations
- Provide marketing automation platform training and support to marketing teams
- Create advanced lead nurturing campaigns with engaging content to improve customer experience through the sales funnel
To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or similar. At least 3 years’ experience in marketing automation with a technical focus.
- Technical know-how: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. Bonus points for HTML, CSS, API integrations, and database knowledge.
- Analytical mindset: You love digging into data and using insights to improve performance.
- Growth attitude: You're excited about testing new ideas, learning fast, and adapting quickly.
- Team spirit: Clear communicator who can explain complex concepts simply – and thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Language: Fluent English and Finnish skills are required.
