Role- Marketing Automation Specialist

Location- Gurugram

Shift Timings- 5PM to 2AM IST (Night shifts)

Work Model- From office (Cabs will be provided both sides)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Marketing Automation Specialist with 5-8 years of hands-on working with the below listed tools, technologies and platforms.
• Marketing Cloud Admin Certification

o Marketing Cloud email specialist certification would be a great addition

• Strong knowledge of SQL and other coding languages
• Hands on keyboard experience with major platform capabilities (Journey builder, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Email Studio)
• Experience developing Marketing Cloud recommendations and roadmaps

o We are looking for someone who can be an advocate for the Marketing Cloud platform. Identify gaps in processes, share best practices etc.

• Experience with mobile app and Marketing Cloud connectivity

o Working with Marketing Cloud related to a new mobile app.

o integration with Marketing Cloud and mobile apps together, would be a big plus

• Experience with overall platform reporting (Journeys, Mobile Connect, Mobile Push, platform data limits)
