1 year contract, expected 40hrs a week

Overview
The Operations team drives personalized, on-device communications across the company’s media products, reaching millions of users globally.
This role focuses on designing and executing cross-channel customer journeys that support growth, acquisition, and engagement goals. Working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams, you’ll serve as a key player in delivering impactful, data-driven messaging experiences.
Candidates must have experience with in-App Notifications, on device messaging
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage customer journeys by aligning product goals, campaign strategy, platform capabilities, and data requirements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to coordinate campaign planning, communicate deliverables, and manage risks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring operational accuracy and addressing any technical or execution issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and improve internal tools.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, including best practices, workflows, and playbooks for team enablement and training.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and engagement.
- Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making; SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a creative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with an understanding of the cross-functional nature of marketing and product initiatives.
- Effective communicator across a range of channels, including written, visual, and verbal.
