Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to lead and execute the full CRM lifecycle for our casino brands, from strategy and planning to campaign execution, automation, and performance tracking. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, data-driven experiences that drive player activity, increase retention, and boost revenue.

This isn’t just a managerial position - you’ll be actively involved in campaign building, segmentation, A/B testing, and working closely with internal stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities


  • Own and execute the CRM strategy across multiple casino brands, managing everything from campaign ideation to deployment and reporting.
  • Develop targeted and personalized campaigns across email, push, SMS, and onsite channels to maximize retention and LTV.
  • Implement gamification strategies, player challenges, missions, and loyalty mechanics to keep users engaged and coming back for more.
  • Build segmented user journeys and automation flows - bonus if you’re fluent in Smartico logic.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and acquisition teams to ensure seamless and impactful CRM communications.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily, optimizing in real-time based on player behavior and key KPIs.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM calendar and budget - balancing creative initiatives with ROI goals.
  • Monitor competitor promotions and gamification tactics, identifying opportunities to innovate.
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to the CEO, COO, and casino teams, with actionable takeaways.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across all campaigns and promotions.

What You Bring


  • Mandatory: Solid experience in the iGaming / online casino industry, ideally within CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing roles.
  • Deep understanding of casino products, player behavior, bonus mechanics, and churn prevention strategies.
  • Proven success with gamified campaigns - you know how to create exciting missions, streaks, or progress-based rewards to drive engagement.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful actions.
  • Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels - this is a hybrid “doer + leader” role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
