As a Marketing Automation Manager at GlassesUSA, you will guide our customers' journey from browsing to becoming lifelong fans. You'll develop targeted email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to nurture and convert potential customers. By analyzing customer data, you'll uncover strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV), personalize shopping experiences, recommend lens upgrades or designer frames, and design loyalty programs that drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement impactful email marketing strategies for enhanced customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Lead SMS marketing initiatives for heightened customer engagement and tailored messaging campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize various marketing channels, including email.
- Execute diverse email campaigns, covering lifecycle emails, promotions, newsletters, and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email initiatives with broader goals and brand messaging.
- Employ marketing automation platforms for crafting automated email workflows, customer journeys, and lead nurturing.
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis to refine email elements for improved performance.
- Monitor key email metrics, including deliverability, open rates, click rates, and conversions.
- Segment customer data for personalized communications based on demographics, behavior, and purchase history.
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing automation.
- Provide regular reports to the marketing team on email campaign performance, trends, and optimization suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in online marketing, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, paid advertising, or SEO.
- Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ability to leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to create engaging, data-driven campaigns.
