Summary

We are looking for a talented Marketing automation architect with strong expertise in e-commerce, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing automation platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building customer-centric digital solutions and a track record of delivering innovative and scalable technology projects.

Experience with SAP platforms (Commerce Cloud, CRM, Emarsys) is considered a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions across e-commerce, CRM, and marketing automation platforms to enhance digital engagement and drive business results.
  • Platform Integration: Create seamless integrations between different systems, ensuring efficient data flow across digital touchpoints (e-commerce sites, CRM databases, marketing platforms).
  • Customization and Optimization: Customize existing systems to meet business requirements, optimize performance, and ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring platform stability and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, project managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Innovation and Enhancement: Stay updated on emerging technologies in e-commerce, CRM, and marketing automation, recommending enhancements and best practices.
  • Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience in e-commerce platforms (such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).
  • Solid experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Emarsys, Marketo, Pardot, Adobe Campaign,etc.).
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in web development technologies (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, APIs).
  • Understanding of customer journeys, marketing campaign flows, and CRM data structures.
  • Ability to design and implement API integrations and data synchronization across systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred/Advantageous

  • Experience with SAP platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), SAP CRM, or SAP Emarsys.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration tools and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, SAP Cloud Platform).
