We’re looking for a resourceful and creative Marketing & Creative Executive to bring our brand to life across digital and physical platforms. You will be responsible for designing marketing collaterals, managing our digital presence, coordinating with marketing agencies, and supporting both online and offline brand activation initiatives. You will be working with an experienced startup-minded team and directly under the Business Development & Marketing team of Sunway XFarms. The best of both worlds – you will be part of a successful conglomerate entity, while enjoying the perks and adrenaline of being in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Design
- Design and develop visually appealing marketing collaterals (posters, brochures, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, event materials, etc.)
- Manage the printing and production of all marketing materials
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals and tone across all channels.
- Assist with basic video editing for social media content and event highlights.
- Present new ideas for new merchandise yearly
Digital Marketing Coordination & Social Media Management
- Monitor and coordinate with external marketing agencies on ad campaigns, SEO, and digital performance.
- Track and report key marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion)
- Assist agencies on content creation and manage content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
- Monitor trends and propose new ideas to improve social media presence.
- Work closely with the team to align content with business goals and campaigns
Brand Activation & Events
- Plan and support on-ground brand activation campaigns and pop-up events/booths.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and team support for events.
- Represent the brand at events to engage with the audience and collect feedback.
- Support the team on facilitating events/workshops as and when it’s needed
Website, Ecommerce & Retail Stores Management
- Ensure website content and updated from time to time
- Monitor and report on website and SEO performance 2x/ month
- Manage all customer inquiries and fulfilments on all Ecommerce platforms – website, Shopee & Tik Tok
- Manage Shopee/Tik Tok Shop Ads, Google Ads and drive sales to ecommerce platforms/website and provide performance report bi-weekly
- Manage the design and outlook of all retail stores display
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with running social media platforms/ads (Instagram, XHS, Tik Tok, Facebook)
- Able to interpret performance data and turn insights into actions.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about branding and customer engagement.
- Always in the loop with social media updates, pop culture, and what’s trending online
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Nice to have:
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Experience using website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/Tik Tok Shop)
- Prior experience in event coordination or brand activations.
