JOB PROFILE
The role will be as a primary point of contact between all stakeholders and to make travel arrangements when required. Ability to maintain electronic diary and arranging meetings and appointments. Supporting on procurement function, costing and pricing and coordinating with the marketing and sales team and play a supportive role will be a key responsibility of this role.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate should fulfil the criteria below to succeed.
▪ Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position.
▪ Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
▪ Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Proficiency in English
▪ Exemplary planning and time management skills
▪ Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
▪ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
▪ High level verbal and written communications skills
▪ Possessing discretion and confidentiality
