Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Analytics Intern to join our team this summer. This unpaid role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, data analysis, and AI. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in developing marketing automation systems, collaborating with internal teams, and providing competitive strategies.


We are building the future of customer engagement and marketing automation. You won’t just be "helping" with tasks — you’ll work with advanced technologies to build real systems that live beyond your internship and create meaningful business impact.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design and implement scalable marketing systems.
  • Work alongside other departments (AI, sales, business development) to ensure all marketing efforts are data-driven and integrated.
  • Research new marketing technologies, monitor industry trends, analyze customer insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies, and propose automation enhancements to existing processes.
  • Help create and automate marketing content processes — ensuring repeatability and minimal manual maintenance.
  • Set up dashboards, reports, and workflows that allow marketing efforts to run automatically and predictably.
  • Automate reporting workflows to deliver weekly/monthly performance summaries.
  • Create and maintain a marketing systems "playbook" — documentation that ensures all workflows can be transferred or scaled.



Preferred Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) to support collaboration across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
  • Basic knowledge and skills in data analysis and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and others.
