Description

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst with a strong background in healthcare to support the development, implementation, and quality assurance of marketing and product initiatives. This role combines market research and business analysis with hands-on involvement in product builds, testing, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and forecast marketing and sales trends using collected data
• Conduct research on consumer behavior and market strategies; collaborate with marketing, product, and implementation teams
• Design and implement data collection methods such as surveys, polls, and questionnaires
• Compile and evaluate competitive intelligence, including pricing, distribution, and promotional tactics
• Measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing, and communication strategies
• Support product builds, testing, and quality assurance efforts to ensure readiness for launch
• Assist with technical writing of materials such as Statements of Benefits (SOBs), Evidence of Coverage (EOCs), and related documentation
• Contribute to product implementation and business analysis activities
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data
  
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analysis, product implementation, or business analysis
• Healthcare industry experience is required
• Strong experience in product builds, quality assurance, technical writing, and implementation
• Familiarity with Statements of Benefits (SOBs), EOCs, and regulatory documentation
• Experience with testing processes is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
