Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and business performance to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. This role is vital to driving data-driven marketing initiatives and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns, website traffic, customer databases, and market research to assess performance and identify insights.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards for key marketing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, CLTV).
  • Campaign Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Develop audience segmentation models to optimize marketing efforts across different channels and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and finance to align goals and measure outcomes.
  • Managed large-scale marketing campaigns on Appsflyer, Adjust and Singular, utilizing analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conducted A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to drive improvements in ROI and engagement
  • Achieving Continuous growth in revenue and hitting KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial , or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing analysis, business analysis, or data analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and KPIs.
