Summary

Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Enablement Data Analyst to join our cybersecurity company. This role will focus on analysing customer behaviour and lifecycle, optimizing marketing campaigns, and leveraging automation tools to improve marketing performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Business Analytics, and Marketing Operations, to create data-backed strategies that enhance customer engagement and business growth.


Major Responsibilities


  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour and lifecycle trends to support data-driven marketing decisions
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns to identify target audiences, measure effectiveness, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Develop and implement campaign automation workflows using Salesforce, in collaboration with the Marketing Automation and Marketing Operations teams
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Business Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives
  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to visualize key marketing metrics and trends
  • Identify opportunities to enhance lead segmentation, scoring models, and personalization strategies through data analysis
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across marketing platforms, optimizing data collection and reporting processes


Desired Background


  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to derive insights from complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Python, SQL for data manipulation and automation
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work and execute quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (“STEM” majors) or equivalent experience
  • Background in marketing analytics or lifecycle marketing
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity industry trends and customer behavior
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and customer segmentation techniques
