Summary

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for various real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets for each project, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and photographers, to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print marketing collateral, such as brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
  • Manage online and offline advertising campaigns to maximize exposure and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate events and promotions to showcase properties and engage with potential buyers and tenants.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Maintain a strong online presence for the company through social media platforms, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to real estate marketing.

Preferred Candidate Profile/ Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
