Summary

General Description:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate/Admin to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, efficient handling of Marketing operations, and timely execution of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and possesses strong communication skills to support cross-functional initiatives.


Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Projects Support

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team, including documentation, coordination, and scheduling related to marketing campaigns, projects, and events.

• Assist in the preparation of documents for routing to various signatories for approval.


2. Guest Feedback & Complaints Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Business Process Team and Operations Team to ensure effective and timely resolution of guest tickets.

• Assist Business Process Team in the development of monthly report provided to Operations Team.


3. Gift Certificate & Internal Merchandise Orders Management

• Coordinate with requestors, Admin, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics Teams to process and fulfill internal orders of Potato Corner Gift Certificates and merchandise.

• Maintain accurate records and inventory related to internal marketing assets.


4. Payment Processing

• Facilitate and track the processing of billings and payments to Marketing suppliers/partners in coordination with the Finance Team.

• Ensure all invoices are properly documented and processed within the appropriate timelines.


5. Budget Documentation

• Assist in the preparation and tracking of the Marketing Team’s monthly budget, including actualizations and accruals, in coordination with the Project Leads.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to support budget planning and reporting.


Work Experience Requirement:


Qualifications:

• With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with budgeting, invoicing; administrative coordination is a plus
