Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and customer/vertical programs that support revenue growth and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and business opportunities to inform program development and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive alignment and continuous improvement across market development projects.
  • Oversee project execution, including vendor management, reporting, and implementation of customer-focused strategies.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in market research and business analytics, preferably in the B2B industry with strong technical and strategic skills
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in marketing or related field preferred
