We are looking for a Marine Operations Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and support offshore installation deployment packages and onshore logistics while ensuring equipment readiness, deployment, and safe operation execution following project requirements and schedules.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate offshore installation logistics including vessel readiness, deployment, cargo barge surveys, and compliance with safety and certification standards.
Support teams by liaising with operations, fabrication, commissioning, and supply chain to manage equipment, crew needs, requisitions, and in-country logistics.
Oversee documentation and tracking of installation packages, materials, procedures, and costs, ensuring adherence to project standards, procedures and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in the operations side of offshore construction, engineering or projects.
Background in construction or cable and piping bundles projects, with emphasis on logistics support, operations, and field engineering.
Strong coordination skills with vendors, subcontractors and support service providers.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Proficient in project planning and in developing schedules and task plans.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
