🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations Managers and Technical Superintendents with day-to-day administrative and operational support.
• Act as a point of contact between clients, vessels, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate vessel documentation and certification records.
• Organize and manage vessel folders on shared drives.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Help plan and coordinate vessel schedules and barge movements.
• Handle meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and general secretarial support for managers.
• Track operational expenses and assist in budget monitoring.
• Manage and verify catering meal sheets, invoices, and crew timesheets.

Support QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) practices and incident reporting

🎓 Qualification & Skills Required:

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marine or offshore operations.
• Excellent skills in English and Mandarin (mandatory).
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic IT tools.
• Experience working with multinational crews and international operations.
• Willingness to travel offshore to visit vessels.
• International Driving License preferred.
• Experience with Document Control Systems is a bonus.
