This position is for a mechanically experienced and competent person only. You must know how to handle machinery such as Lathes, Milling Machines, and Surface Grinders.

You will handle all operations and production related to manufacturing, assembling, and packaging products.

Lawton Industries, Inc. is a small company that has been in business since 1973. Our tools are sold to the petrochemical industry (oil refineries) worldwide.

The right person for this position will have a mechanical mind and experience.

Please only apply if you have all of these skills (We do not use CNC):

• Machining Experience - this is a must.
• Running a Punch Press (Preferred but not necessary)
• Die Maintenance (Preferred but not necessary)
• Using Lathe, Milling Machines, and Surface Grinder
• Minimal Fork Lift

This person will be reliable, as this is not a position with a backup person available. We ship products daily to refineries that require the products asap. The position requires a very organized person who insists on an organized, neat, clean, and safe working environment. Attention to detail is a must.

Hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:00am - 5:00 pm. We are closed on Fridays and Weekends. Four 10-hour days.
