Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Lead Job Description Join a leading semiconductor manufacturer as a Manufacturing Technician Lead, supporting long-term material handling projects in a clean room environment. Responsibilities * Manage and track material movement to ensure timely delivery to required locations. * Register material status changes in SAP within 24 hours. * Oversee material storage for easy access and prevent loss. * Physically move materials within the clean room and from the warehouse to the customer facility. * Track and register material serial numbers using RF Scanner. * Allocate materials and ensure appropriate transportation methods are used. * Order materials and organize transportation as needed. * Inspect tools for completeness and certifications. * Maintain a neat and clean work area. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of tools and kits during pick-up and return processes. * Assist in resolving defects in incoming tools and kits. * Adhere to local and customer safety standards and specific Ways of Working (WoW). Essential Skills * Experience in Material Handling or Manufacturing Environment. * Proficiency in using RF Scanner. * Basic Excel skills. * Strong communication skills for effective pass downs and changeovers. * Prior night shift experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Warehouse or Semiconductor Materials Handling experience. * Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, Excel, or other inventory management systems. * SAP system experience or similar complex ERP knowledge. * Handling complex electro-mechanical components. * Positive and proactive attitude. * Forklift operation and material handling skills. * Experience in process improvement or lean manufacturing environments. * Organizational skills to optimize and organize work areas. * Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. * Customer service orientation. Work Environment This role involves working both inside and outside a clean room environment, primarily during night shifts from 7pm to 7am. The position requires wearing a bunny suit and being active on your feet throughout the shift. The work environment fosters growth, with opportunities to advance to more positions. The role includes physical labor, multitasking, and collaboration with full-time registrars and SAP coordinators. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
