Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Location: Noord-Holland

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. This role is critical in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and protocols for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and analyze quality issues, and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment (GMP).
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
