Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic business objectives.

• Leverage project management tools, SharePoint, and data analytics to optimize workflows and enhance project execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and collaborative execution.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• Track project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Analyze project data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, documentation, and executive presentations.

• Ensure projects are aligned with broader organizational goals, business strategies, and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex product development environments.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams in engineering, R&D, or advanced manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or global supplier environment.

• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) or 3+ years of project/program management experience.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI, and SharePoint.
