Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience (manufacturing or production environment preferred)
• Basic arithmetic and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform repetitive tasks involving gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Stand, walk, reach, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Wear required PPE and follow chemical hygiene practices
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures
