Location: St. louis park, mn MUST be Onsite/hybrid 3-4 days per week at HQ St Louis Park (may need to be onsite occasionally at Anoka facility)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive, PMO, functional, and facility leadership to understand and prioritize business goals
• Assist in developing project proposals that align with schedule, funding, and staffing requirements and constraints
• Lead large-scale strategic initiatives, directing infrastructure expansion, product transfers, and capital equipment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Work with functional leaders to develop detailed work plans and staffing requirements
• Arrange recruitment or assignment of project personnel
• Build and manage project timelines by identifying sequence of activities, durations, resource availability, and schedule constraints
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to company policies
• Manage and mitigate project risk
• Escalate known issues to Leadership for corrective action when appropriate
• Communicate project status and updates to project team, stakeholders, and leadership through effective, recurring communication
• Organize and lead effective cross function team meetings and ensure project team accountability
• Provide work direction to project teams
• Mentor and train others in methodologies, standards, and business tools
• Collaborate with the PMO and other departments to continuously improve project management processes, tools, and templates
  
  

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.).

5+ years project management experience in a manufacturing setting is required.

Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) or Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification .

Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing & manufacturing engineering required.

Skill in analytical thinking and problem solving.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
