About the Role

Join our dynamic Manufacturing Operations Planning team in Fort Worth, TX, where you’ll play a key role in transforming engineering designs into actionable work instructions, tooling requirements, and process improvements for current and future aircraft products. As a Manufacturing Operations Planner, you’ll support our factory floor by ensuring seamless implementation of engineering changes and maintaining efficient production processes.

What You’ll Do

• Incorporate engineering changes using systems, policies, and procedures, collaborating with the Change Group and Manufacturing teams.
• Utilize CAD systems to analyze tooling needs and contribute to the design and evaluation of aircraft assemblies.
• Provide timely support to the factory floor to ensure accurate and prompt updates to production orders.
• Reconcile Engineering and Manufacturing Bills of Material (BOM) to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to develop efficient and repeatable build sequences for major assemblies.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of assembly processes and tooling requirements.
• Act as a responsive liaison to the factory floor, supporting redline issues, root cause analysis, tooling, and process improvements.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in ERP software, preferably 3DX (Dassault), PEO (SAP), or SAP.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and digital product definitions (CAD, GD&T, etc.).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assembly.
• Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• 3-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing planning.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field) highly preferred.
