Our client is a global industrial manufacturer spanning diverse industries. We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead metal alloy rolling processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily strip rolling operations to meet quality, quantity, and cost targets.
• Promote safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive equipment reliability and on-time delivery.
• Work with engineering team
• Lead and engage the operations team to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve overall plant effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Materials Science, Metallurgy, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
• Experience in industrial operations management and metal rolling preferred.
• Lean manufacturing certification a plus.
• Experience leading engineering team
• Strong leadership, business acumen and communication skills.
• Eligibility for export compliance under U.S. regulations (ITAR/EAR)
