Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee our electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a team of manufacturing professionals. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the electronics manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor production efficiency and quality metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead and mentor the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to optimize production workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role, specifically in electronics manufacturing (PCBA, PCB, SMT, Box Builds, Wire harness).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in manufacturing principles and practices, including lean manufacturing.
• Experience with printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), surface mount technology (SMT), and box builds is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
