Our client, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator , you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Packaging Technician (Machine Operator) Temp to Hire

Location: St. Peters, MO
$16 - $20 per hour 

 

Shifts Available: 

• Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule  
• Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule 

Requirements:

• 1+ year of machine operator experience in a production environment (packaging experience preferred) 
• Must be over the age of 18 
• Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time 
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently 
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team 
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Tasks:

• Operating production machines to make products (packing equipment, fillers, mixers, bottlers, pallet jacks, case erectors)
• Quality Assurance – Ensuring high standards are met
• Stacking and palletizing products as part of the production line
• Collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
