Title: Manufacturing & Field Engineering Manager
Location: Stafford, TX (Located near Sugarland/Missouri City, TX)
Position Overview
The Manufacturing & Field Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes and field engineering operations to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the petrochemical sector. This role combines management of production teams and field engineers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of installations and startups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the manufacturing and field engineering teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing processes and in-field installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with project managers to align engineering efforts with project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support during commissioning and startup phases.
- Evaluate and improve instrumentation and analyzer systems for optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a management role within manufacturing or field engineering.
- Strong knowledge of petrochemical processes and operations.
- Experience with commissioning and startup of equipment and systems.
- Familiarity with instrumentation and analyzer technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
