What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of Manufacturing & Technical Engineers to deliver world-class manufacturing solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement strategies, implementing lean methodologies to reduce scrap, improve lead times, and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless design-for-manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Manage new product introductions, ensuring smooth transition from concept to production readiness.

You should

• Have proven and experienced in manufacturing engineering within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where new product introduction is a constant part of the landscape.
• Be an expert in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and project management.
• Be knowledgeable about CAD, engineering life cycles, and quality management systems.
• Be an accomplished leader passionate about mentoring and developing a high-performing engineering team.
• Have a results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation, efficiency, and cost reduction.
